We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and will be sent by Australia Post or a courier service. Please note that all parcels must be signed for unless you have provided an ATL (Authority to Leave) message during checkout. By placing an order on this website, you agree that if you have left an ATL message on your order, leaving the parcel will be at your own risk.

At Lauren McQuade Handmade, we take great care to send your ceramics to you as safely and quickly as possible. Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price.

Shipping ceramics safely requires lots of packaging and big boxes for protection. However we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers and offer shipping within Australia for just $25 or upgrade to Express for $45.. Furthermore we're proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders above $200 or Express option +$45.

Once your payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery unless an ATL message is provided. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days from shipment date to arrive, longer for remote areas.

IMPORTANT

It is important that you provide us with the correct shipping information. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us. You will receive a tracking number from us once your order is on the way. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered, re-delivery charges may apply.

I take great pride in my craft. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you received, contact us immediately and we will gladly refund you or replace it. With returns I unfortunately cannot cover the cost of shipping.
If your purchased item has been damaged in transit please contact me with your order number and we will launch a claim with the courier company.
Please note gift vouchers can not be returned.
In any case you will need to provide a proof of purchase.

Product Care

Yes, our pottery is dishwasher, microwave and ovenproof.

Our pottery is made to withstand commercial sterilizers, so it's durable enough to take the heat of the microwave. We only recommend using our pots in the oven if you're careful about temperature shock—please gradually heat up or cool down your piece of pottery, and avoid putting hot pieces on cold surfaces or vice versa.
